We've been wondering what the next Nexus Tablet would end up being. Google has yet to reveal a new 10-inch offering to replace the Samsung-made Nexus 10, so we were starting to worry that they wouldn't be bringing us a bigger tablet at all. Fortunately, a glimmer of light exists at the end of the tunnel. That light comes by way of @evleaks, who suggests we should be seeing an LG-made Nexus tablet at some point in the future.

ASUS December 11 event will make the Padfone mini official

ASUS is preparing to officially launch the Padfone mini at a dedicated event in Taiwan on December 11. While the PadFone Infinity boasts a 10.1" tablet and a 5.0" smartphone, the Padfone mini is rumored to consist of a more compact 4.3" smartphone that slides into a 7" slate. The resolution of the displays won't be as high as one could hope - the 4.3" display of the smartphone will feature have 960 x 540 pixels, with the tablet's 7" screen rocking 720p resolution. Further rumored specifications include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset and possibly 1GB of RAM.

Earlier we had reported that Samsung could be working a high-end range of handsets that would fall under its Galaxy F lineup, and coincidentally enough, a certain Samsung SM-G900F has shown up in shipping manifests. Given the earlier Galaxy F rumors, it would seem as though the "F" in the model number is more than a happy coincidence. While it is unclear as to what the SM-G900F could be, the fact that its model number is similar to the earlier reported SM-G900S, save for the last letter, it has been speculated that this could be another variant of the Samsung Galaxy S5, perhaps a more high-end version.

Infiniti's Direct Adaptive Steering (DAS) is quite a novelty - the system employs no physical connection between the steering wheel and the front wheels under normal circumstances and instead relies on a computer, clutch and steering-angle actuator to guide vehicles down the road with input from the driver. In our First Drive review of a 2014 Infiniti Q50 equipped with the system, we weren't overly impressed by the artificial feedback. Limited Edition BlackBerry P'9982 Comes With Crocodile Skin Back

After being leaked multiple times and rumored for a launch in the near future, the BlackBerry Porsche Design P'9982 was announced a couple of weeks ago. The handset itself was something of a premium, coming in at $2,400 and featuring a unique design that was in line with Porsche's design language. It also came with a unique theme for its UI, once again, based on Porsche, but underneath the hood the handset was basically a BlackBerry Z10. In any case it seems that having the Porsche Design branding wasn't exclusive or luxurious enough because it looks like BlackBerry is making a limited edition model with a crocodile skin back.

Xolo unveils Q500, a dual-SIM Android phone

Xolo unveiled a new addition to its smartphone lineup. The Xolo Q500 is an affordable, compact dual-SIM Android phone, which has a 4" screen and measures 118.5 x 63 x 10.7mm. The screen has WVGA resolution for 233ppi pixel density. The Q500 is powered by a Snapdragon MSM8225Q S4 Play chipset with four Cortex-A5 cores running at 1.2GHz, 1GB of RAM and Adreno 203 GPU. The phone runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

On the connectivity side, the Xolo Q500 offers two SIM cards with 3G with HSPA (7.2Mbps downlink, 5.76Mbps uplink).

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 for Verizon drops to $170

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 launched on Verizon in the US early last month on $300 with contract. In the spirit of Black Friday, the price of the flagship phablet has dropped to $170 on the same deals. The $170 price comes from Amazon and doesnÂ't seem to be a part of the etailer's Black Friday promotions (meaning it should be available even after today). This price is for new Verizon accounts.

Upgraders will have to pay a bit more - $200. The Galaxy Note 3 is also available from Verizon's own site at that price.

For comparison, the Note 3 is $220 with a contract with Sprint for new accounts and $300 for upgrades.

Here's a brand we haven't written about in some time. Isuzu is recalling 8,816 2003 Rodeo Sports and 2003 to 2004 Rodeo and Axiom models that are registered in just about any state that uses salt on winter roads. That means Isuzu owners in states as far east as Maine, as far south as Kentucky and as far west as Minnesota will need to report in with their vehicles for repairs. This recall follows a previous corrosion-related issue for 2002 Axioms and Rodeos.
The problem, which is no doubt exacerbated by road salt, has to do with corrosion around the forward mounting point for the lower link of the rear suspension.

It was recently confirmed by China's official state news agency that China Mobile is going to switch on its commercial 4G service on December 18th. On that day it will also finally launch the new iPhones, over the past few months it has been rumored quite a few times that China Mobile is going to carry both iPhones this year. If reports coming out of China are true, the iPhone 5c and iPhone 5s might not be the only TD-LTE capable devices that the world's largest mobile carrier launches on December 18th. Oppo R827T and ZTE Grand S II get certified in China

Two yet unofficial phones have hit the Chinese wireless authority Tenaa for certification – a mid-range smartphone from Oppo and one phablet from ZTE. The Oppo R827T, previously thought to be Oppo Find 5 Mini, doesnÂ't quite live up to the "mini" part though, nor the "5". It has a 4.7" screen with qHD resolution (540 x 960) and measures 137 x 68 x 7.75mm. The weight is 128g.

The Oppo R827T will be powered by a MediaTek MT6589 chipset (quad-core Cortex-A7 at 1.2GHz) with 1GB RAM.
