LG must know that word of the Optimus G has been spoiled, even if it's not quite ready to put all its cards on the table. While it's only acknowledging the phone's identity under a 'G' codename, the Korean electronics giant is willing to talk a lot about what's under the hood. Among the truly new revelations: that uncommonly wide 1,280 x 768 screen, now called the G2 Touch Hybrid Display, is a 30 percent thinner gapless panel that puts the LCD right near the glass in a way that just might be familiar to HTC One X owners.

Despite World of Warcraft's level cap being 85 at the moment (90 when Mists of Pandaria comes out), the free trial of the game still has its cap stuck at 20. With earlier expansions such as Burning Crusade where the cap was 70, being limited to level 20 wasn't so bad and the disparity wasn't that great. NTT DoCoMo seems to think we can expect multiple Nexus handsets from Samsung, LG and Sony

Yesterday we reported on the leaked specs belonging to the alleged Samsung GT-I9260, which is supposedly the next-gen Nexus. Safe to say the specs were somewhat underwhelming given the phones we've seen this year, and certainly was not expected from a Nexus handset. Well as it turns out, it seems that Samsung might not be the only player in the market and according to AndroidNoodles, Japanese carrier NTT DoCoMo is said to be expecting a multitude of Nexus models to be released. The FCC believes that 19 million Americans don't have access to broadband, defined as internet access at a speed of 4 megabits per second or more. Understandably, rural areas are the worst hit, with 14.5 million out in the sticks without access, with areas like West Virginia lacking coverage for 45.9 percent of its population. It's not limited to the wide open spaces of states like Montana (16.7 percent) however, even tech-heavy states like California lack access for 35 percent of its denizens.

Info on the Sony Xperia J has leaked before, but now the smartphone followed in the footsteps of the Xperia T (Mint) and Xperia XT (Hayabusa) and got a preview before its official announcement, which should happen at IFA (starting at the end of this month). The Sony Xperia J borrows design cues from the T and TX, but is a low end device. NASA reveals mission to study Mars' core

Image courtesy of NASA. The mission will be run by NASA's JPL(Jet Propulsion Laboratory) and the lander will carry two cameras, a robotic arm and a thermal probe which will collect data on the planet's temperature. The cost of the mission is currently at $425 million. InSight will be an international mission as NASA has teamed up with the French Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales and the German Aerospace Center. The launch date is currently set for March 20, 2016 and a landing on Mars is expected on September 20, 2016.

Samsung might have quite the Android-powered hit on their hands with the Samsung Galaxy S3 (and its predecessor, the Galaxy S2, of course), but that does not mean the company is about to put all of their eggs in a single basket. A total of 13 cars went home to new owners for $1 million or more, including a 1956 Ferrari 250 GT LWB Berlinetta TdF at $6.71 million.
