Samsung's budget-friendly smartphone, the Exhilarate, has been confirmed to be distributed by AT&T. The Samsung Exhilarate features a 4-inch Super AMOLED screen, Android 2.3, 1.2GHz dual-core Scorpion CPU, a 5-megapixel rear camera with 720p video recording capability, a 1.3-megapixel front camera, LTE connectivity, and UL Platinum certification.
