Just yesterday BlackBerry revealed that BBM for iOS and Android had been downloaded about 5 million times in a matter of hours since it was re-released to the public. Well it looks like in 24 hours, BlackBerry has managed to double that amount as BlackBerry has recently announced that the app had managed to see 10 million downloads to date. Of course this hardly means that there are 10 million iOS and Android users out there sending each other text messages via BBM, but rather it's merely an indication of how many times the app has been downloaded. As it stands there is a queue if you wish to use BBM for iOS and Android.
