Some of you guys might have heard that one particular retailer in New Zealand may have outed a Metal Gear Solid 4 25th Anniversary Edition for the Xbox 360. Naturally many Xbox 360 gamers would be excited about the possibility, but unfortunately it turns out that isn't the case. Konami has since come forward and they have officially denied the rumor, claiming that this apparently happens every Christmas and that the box art pictured above is for the PS3 version of the game, and that it looks like it has been photoshopped with an Xbox header.
