0.3 inches is not thinness of a new smartphone, but of the latest 10.1-inch tablet by Toshiba, called AT200. Unlike many Nvidia Tegra-2 based Honeycomb slates, it is powered by a TI OMAP 4430 processor at 1.2GHz. The slate has up to 64GB of memory. On the back, there's a 5-megapixel camera, whereas on the front it's 2MP. Ports, slots and connectivity features include micro-SD, micro-HDMI, and micro-USB, alongside Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
The battery life while playing a video at 60nits brightness is eight hours, Toshiba says.
The Toshiba AT200 will be available in the Q4 of 2011 in Europe.
