While being busy with its Windows Phone plans, Nokia still has time for ultra-cheap handsets - like the Nokia 103, announced today, and aimed at first time buyers. Retailing soon for only â¬16 ($21), the 103 is the Finnish company's cheapest phone ever, dethroning the Nokia 100 that was introduced in August 2011. Naturally, at this price point you can't expect much from the Nokia 103.
