LG has announced that its Optimus Vu Android smartphone - available only in South Korea and Japan for now - will be released globally around the world in September. Select markets it Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa and Latin America will get the handset. Unlike the Vu introduced in Korea and Japan, the international version will have a quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor.
