This was announced via ASUS' Facebook page where they also stated that other Transformer Pad series of Android tablets can look forward to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean updates in the future as well. According to a comment left by ASUS, the update was pushed out yesterday which means that TF300 owners should be receiving notifications on their tablets that the update is ready for download.
