HTC has announced that the HTC One source code has now been released. Developers who have been waiting on it can now rejoice, as the source code can be used for creating custom ROMs as well as custom apps that only work with the HTC One. The company has a history of providing the source code for its devices, and it is no doubt much appreciated by developers. From a user's point of view this release isn't exactly of any value until developers come with with a whole range of custom ROMs and apps.
