Bob Mansfield Leaves Apple's Executive Team, Now Working On "Special Projects"

Thanks to rumors and recent trademark filings, it seems that the rumored Apple iWatch device could very well be true, and recently according to a report from MacRumors, Apple's Senior Vice President, Bob Mansfield, has been removed from Apple's Leadership website. Many were wondering what the deal with that was, especially since Mansfield had committed himself to stay at Apple until 2014 at least, especially after announcing his plans to retire. According to a statement released to AllThingsD, "Bob is no longer going to be on Apple's executive team, but will remain at Apple working on special projects reporting to Tim.".
