Nokia Lumia 520 available at AT&T now (as its cheapest Windows Phone 8 handset). Lumia 625 headed to EE, Vodafone and O2 in the UK

Although AT&T said that its Nokia Lumia 520 would be released in July 26, the handset can be ordered online (here) as of today, July 24. Coming as AT&T's fist Windows Phone 8 device available to GoPhone users, the Lumia 520 is the carrier's cheapest Windows-based handset ever. It costs only $99.99, no contract required.
The 520 is similar to T-Mobile's Lumia 521 (released back in May).
