Earlier this month, the Nexus 4 8GB models were sold out, leaving many to believe the device wouldn't be restocked and would be on its way out. It turns out that's exactly what is happening as the 16GB versions of the Nexus 4 sold out on Monday as well with sources close to the company's plans saying the device has met its end. At this time, Google has no plans to bring the Nexus 4 back into stock in any of its available storage sizes.
