Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 processor swap to quad-core seemingly confirmed by benchmark

About a month ago we heard something interesting – that the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet was delayed in order to replace its dual-core processor with a quad-core unit (like the one found in the recently announced Galaxy S III smartphone). The Galaxy Note 10.1 was first shown during MWC in February, but a couple of weeks or so ago Samsung told us that the final product may end up being quite different from what was showcased back then. Which, of course, may have been a kind of confirmation that the hardware specs are subject to change.
And change they will, it seems.
