
Don't look now, but it's another round of patent infringement lawsuits. This time, Google and Microsoft are being sued by a company based in Lake Charles, Louisiana, that claims to own a patent that allows online users to navigate maps of towns and cities at a street-level view. Transcenic Inc. has asked a Delaware District court to stop Google and Microsoft from “continuing to infringe its patent,” even demanding the court to award damages to the complainant.
